BUTTERFLY HILL BEAUTIFICATION DAY-SEPTEMBER 14, 2025
Big shout out to Noah Asbill, Robert Ike and Abbey Burka an the PTA Outdoor Committee for all their help with Butterfly Hill! We got some new plants in, pruned the bushes and freshened up the area yesterday. We will be doing even more at our next cleanup day on October 25th from 10-12 so please mark your calendar! We will be working on 11 raised garden beds around the kindergarten hallway. A sign up with additional details will be sent out!
We are partnering with members of the community for a "City Serve" event to complete a fall Campus Cleanup at YMES! We are meeting at the school this Saturday (10/26/24) from 9am - 12pm. Come and help out! We will be mulching, weeding, blowing leaves, and picking up trash. Please bring the following items if you have them: Wheelbarrows, shovels, gardening gloves, leaf blowers, and/or trash bags. This event will help get ready for spring flower bulb and mum planting next month. Be on the lookout for date and details to come!
